Auction Submit tm Reference Guide
Sold Screen
The Sold screen displays all of your listings that have closed with successful
bids. This screen allows you to keep a history of all of your sold items. The main display shows
the item number, title, closing date, final price, and the site that it was sold on. The bottom of the
display also has three buttons. These buttons allow you to view a listing in more detail,
relist an item, and remove an item from your records.
View Listing Button:
The View Listing button opens a View Listing Screen for the item
that has been highlighted in the main display. The View Listing screen provides more detailed
information on a listing than is available in the main display.
Relist Button:
The Relist button opens a screen with all of
the information for the selected listing filled in. You can also access this function by right clicking your mouse or by using the Listing dropdown menu. You can change any of the listing information
before you relist an item. When an auction is marked for relist it is moved to the
New Listings screen so that it can be submitted to an auction site at a later time. Auctions are relisted
as follows:
- eBay: An eBay item on the Sold screen will be resubmitted as a new listing. Any eBay auctions that are on the Unsold screen will
take advantage of eBay's relist policies. After the first relist on eBay the item will be relisted as a new item.
- Amazon: Auction listings on Amazon that are resubmitted using this function do not take advantage the Amazon relist program and are submitted as new auctions.
- uAuction: Auction listings that are resubmitted using this function are listed as new items. uAuction does not charge listing fees.
- Shoporium: Any listing on the Sold or Unsold screen can be sent to Shoporium.
Duplicate Auction Button:
The Duplicate Auction function allows you to select a listing on either the Sold or Unsold screen and automatically create a duplicate of it on the New Listings screen.
To use this function highlight a listing on either the Sold or Unsold screen and then click on the Duplicate Auction button at the bottom of the screen. You can select one or more listings to be duplicated.
To select more than one listing hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and left click on the grey square to the left of the listings that you want to select. You can also access this function by right clicking your mouse or by using the Listing dropdown menu.
This is much faster
than the Relist function and will not remove the listing from the SOLD or UNSOLD screen. Note: As a conservative precaution, this function will not duplicate any selections
from the eBay "Extras" screen. If you want your duplicate auction to be in the Gallery or be a Featured Auction, you will need to use the Edit function on the New Listings
screen to set this.
Remove Listing Button:
The Remove Listing button allows you to remove listings from the main display. Note: Once you
remove a listing, it is gone forever. You can select one or more listings to be deleted. To select more than one listing hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and left click on the grey square to the left of the listings that you want to select.
Move To Unsold Option
This option is designed to give you extra flexibility in controlling where you store your listings. A typical use might be the case where an item sells but the sale falls through. You can access this function by right clicking your mouse or by using the Listing dropdown menu. To use this function just highlight the listing that you want to move and select this option from the Listing menu.
