Modules Menu



Version 3.0 of Auction Submit incorporates a completely different technical design than earlier versions. It is fully modular. The functions for each site accessed by Auction Submit are contained in a separate module. This means that we have the capability to easily add modifications and new features to the existing modules and the capability to add new auction site modules without requiring the user to manually download and install.

The Modules dropdown gives you the capability to do three things:

  1. Install a New Module.
  2. Delete an Existing Module.
  3. Update Existing Modules.

The most used part of this screen will be the Update Modules selection. This function is used to import all new modifications to Auction Submit. This function is used as follows:

Get online, close all other applications, click on the Modules dropdown menu at the top of your Auction Submit screen, and select Update Modules. You will see a few status screens and then get an Update Complete window. Just close this window and within 30 seconds (please be patient) Auction Submit should reappear with all updates installed.
