The Listing Menu changes depending on which screen you are using. On the New Listings screen, the Listing Menu also adds two additional functions. Here is an illustration of how the Listings menu on the New Listings screen works:

Edit Option
This option opens an Edit Listing screen with all of
the information for the selected listing filled in. You can use this function to verify and edit listings on the New Listings screen.
Duplicate Option
The Duplicate function allows you to select a listing on the New Listings screen and automatically create a duplicate of it directly on the New Listings screen.
To use this function highlight a listing and then click on the Duplicate option of the Listings Menu. You can select one or more listings to be duplicated.
To select more than one listing hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and left click on the grey square to the left of the listings that you want to select.
Delete Option
The Delete option allows you to remove listings from the main display. Note: Once you
remove a listing, it is gone forever. You can select one or more listings to be deleted. To select more than one listing hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and left click on the grey square to the left of the listings that you want to select.
Move To Current Option
This option is one that is rarely needed and will NOT submit a new listing. It is designed for unusual circumstances, such as changes in eBay programs, temporary Internet slowdowns, or any other factors that might cause your listing to be submitted but not transferred to the Current screen.
If you have confirmed that this occurred, you should record your eBay listing number and then use this function. You will be prompted for the listing number and then your listing will be transferred to the Current screen.
Submit Option
The Submit option allows you to select one or more listings and submit only them. To select more than one listing hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard and left click on the grey square to the left of the listings that you want to select. To submit these listings you can access the Listing Menu either by clicking on the dropdown menu or by right clicking and then selecting the "Submit" option.

Relist Option:
The Relist option duplicates the function of the Relist button at the bottom of this screen. It opens a screen with all of
the information for the selected listing filled in. You can also access this function by right clicking your mouse or by using the Listing dropdown menu. You can change any of the listing information
before you relist an item. When an auction is marked for relist it is moved to the
New Listings screen so that it can be submitted to an auction site at a later time.
Duplicate Option
The Duplicate function allows you to select a listing on the Sold or Unsold Listings screen and automatically create a duplicate of it directly on the New Listings screen.
Move To Unsold Option
This option is designed to give you extra flexibility in controlling where you store your listings. A typical use might be the case where an item sells but the sale falls through. To use this function just highlight the listing that you want to move and select this option.
Move To Sold Option
This option is not shown here. It appears on the Listing menu on the Unsold screen. This option is also designed to give you extra flexibility in controlling where you store your listings. A typical use is when you sell an item that previously closed without a bid.
