Create New Listing Screen
The Create New Listing screen is where you design all of your listings. The main window gives you the necessary fields to fill in. The bottom of the display has five buttons. These buttons allow you to add a new listing, select an optional template for your listing, add ebay optional features, and preview your listing.

Submit To Box:

The Submit To Box allows you to select the site that you want to submit your listing to. Just click on the down arrow and select the site.

Auction Type Box:

The Auction Type Box allows you to select the type of auction that you want to submit. Just click on the down arrow and select Regular, Reserve Price, or Dutch Auction. If you select Reserve Price or Dutch Auction, additional boxes will appear for the additional information that you need to submit.

Add Listing Button:

The Add Listing button saves all of the information that you have entered and transfers your listing to the New Listings screen.

Select Template Button:

The Select Template button opens a Select Template screen and allows you to choose an optional template for your listing.

Extras Button:

The Extras button allows you to select optional ebay features such as bold print listings, gallery listings, listing in two categories, the Buy It Now feature, and featured auctions. Ebay charges extra fees for these features.

Here are a few more details:
To use the eBay Two Category option: From the "Add New Listing" screen, click on the Extras button and then the "Second Category" tab. If you change your mind and want to clear the second category use the "Reset" button.

To use the eBay Buy It Now option. This option is also accessed from the "Extras" screen. Just fill in your Buy It Now price in the box at the bottom and click the OK button.

Please Note:
1. Optional features will not be indicated on the Preview screen or the Add New Listing screen. This means that if you select a second category, you will not see any indication of this except on the Second Category tab and on the actual listing on eBay.

2. All optional features selected from the Extras screen are cleared after your auction closes. If you want to relist you must reset these options. This is by design and is meant to prevent inadvertent selection of extra cost eBay features.

3. All of the features except for the Buy It Now that are accessed from the Extras screen are functions for which eBay charges additional fees, You can review eBay fees at http://pages.ebay.com/help/sellerguide/selling-fees.html

Preview Listing Button:

The Preview Listing button allows you to view your listing in the format of the auction site that you are submitting to.

Cancel Button:

The Cancel button clears any listing on this screen
